  : It looked nice, and seemed like it was going to be great. I was excited about breakfast and the pool.
  : However from the time i checked in, there was problem after problem. Check in issue, then lights in the room didnt work, missing remote so couldnt use the tv, the bathroom had rust and geime and was falling apart, the breakfast was so bland and overcooked, then the front desk issued someone else a card to my second room. When it was brought to their attention, we were handed a business card and told sorry, theres nothing we can do They also close down the pool stuff early

  : The breakfast was good...Bed was comfortable...Manny in Maintenace was outstanding
  : I booked the room in my name but used a shared CC with my husband. I am handicapped but they would not allow him to check in so I had to get out of the vehicle and struggle to get to front desk. When we finally got to our room...on a 95 degree day the air conditioning did not work. Maintenance Manny told us the room had been tagged by himself because the AC did not work. He went with my husband to the front desk and got us another room...checked to make sure the AC was working and then helped us move. The next morning about 6AM the power went off in that side of the hotel. Nobody answered at front desk. Our wakeup call was scheduled for 7am but came in at 6: 19. Fortunately we were already up. We spoke to other people who had to be moved FOUR TIMES!!! This place used to be elite but is in dire need of upgrades and staff training for customer service!

  : It needs to be updated. The elevators weren't working. The Ac seemed like it didn't cool at all. And the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable

  : The hotel didn't have an air conditioner, the rooms looked old and dirty, and the mattress did not have a cover it is just the mattress alone.
