  : The location is great!! Close to "Old Town" Tustin & plenty of restaurants fairly nearby!
  : I was not impressed by the Jacuzzi tub I paid a hefty price for - that was the whole selling point for me on the room I opted for & it they just couldn't quite get the drain working properly!!! I should've been offered some sort of discounted price upon checkout, but didn't have the time to stick around!

  : First off, the is a Motel 6. Not sure why the title in the hotel listings doesn't say that. There is a wide variation in the quality of Motel 6 properties and this is definitely one of the good ones. The best part of the stay was encountering truly nice staff at check-in. People really do make a difference and kindness counts for a lot. The person in charge, Chris?, was more than willing to be sure I had the right room to accommodate my needs, and a place right by my room to park (in addition to pointing out I could also use the handicap 'blue' space since I had a placard.) The location in Old Town Tustin is great. There are nearby places to eat and shop and Old Town has a nice feel to it. The enclosed layout of the property also creates a sense of safety for guests and their vehicles. The room was very clean (has LVP flooring instead of carpet which is a great feature) and there are ample outlets and lights, along with a large TV and good air conditioning. Would definitely recommend to those who want something simple and less costly than fancy high-rise hotels in this part of Orange County.
  : There were a few MINOR repairs needed to the room I occupied. Though it is classified as accessible (which it definitely is overall), the toilet is too low to meet ADA standards. The upper showerhead holder was broken, and the deadbolt would not seat in the door jamb (probably a little out of alignment), but there is also an additional safety latch that can be deployed and prevents the door from opening.

  : The front desk lady walked outside and was waiting and staring at me like I did something wrong when I parked my car and headed to the check in window. She made me feel like I wasnt welcome until i told her I booked a room online.

  : The up keep, our shower was broken and just used cocking to old it together. Maintenance debris left in the sink, just overall sloppy up keep. The maids do bare minimum, nothing above and beyond.

  : To start…entering the room it was clean and well kept…the neighbors were noisy but did stop at 1030…main thing that bugged me was there wasn’t any shampoo etc and no tissue….come on…for the price we paid should have had those items…this is the second motel 6 that is doing this???? And I guess there isn’t anymore checking the room to see if anything is needed???? The grounds man needs to do a much better job of keeping the grounds kept up…remember…it’s the little things that make or break a business

  : The bathroom was horrible. The toilet didnt work well. Shower was horribly stained and the hot was cold water and cold water was hot water. Bathroom needs to be updated with the room
