: The house could use a decent can opener and a mop and broom. The table and chairs on porch are rotting and pieces are all over with no way to sweep them up. Could use a few more blankets and pillows. The house was very clean and set up great. We enjoyed our stay and the elevator was a god send for me. Sandra Smith

: The space accompanied my family well. Air conditioning stayed appropriately cool.
: There were unresolved leaky kitchen faucets , sinks and drains. The propane grill leaked which could have caused injury to my son who grilled our meals. In addition the propane supply hose was too short. There wasnt any toilet paper upon arrival. You can visibly see water stains in the master bedroom and bathroom like the ceiling is leaking. Patio and its chairs needed pressure washing. The pool guy kept back washing the pool which brought sand back in. Family room very outdated.

: Unit is well laid out, spacious and close to the beach and local activities. Pool is private, well maintained and fun. Elevator is very convenient for my disabled family member and for loading luggage/provisions to the various floors. Kitchen is fully stocked with bakeware, utensils, cups, paper towels, and soaps. Balconies come complete with patio furniture.
: You need to check in/out and pick up/drop off the keys at the separate hotel property a few minutes drive away. The unit was mostly in good shape, but there is some deferred maintenance that should be addressed (e.g., the Jacuzzi tub in the master bath had no power, there is water damage to the front bedroom ceilings, and popped nails protruding from some of the stairs. Linens and furniture were clean, but decor and walls need dusting. Some of the furniture is showing its age such as the dining room chairs.

: Location and size of house was awesome
: The place was pretty dirty when we got there, cigarette butts in the pool and all over the third floor balcony, all the trash cans inside were full when we arrived but the staff was good and the place was plenty big for all of us, would def stay again if they can get on top of the cleaning issue.
