  : It's a nice cozy peace little place near the beach. Will be back again.
  : I reported an issue about key card to access gate from the time I checked in and no one ever followed back with me. Called twice.

  : The bed wasn't very soft or comfortable. Several light fixtures that didn't work. The pool was advertised as open but was not. The handles on the bath fixtures were loose.

  : it was kind of confusing. the email could of stated which code to use instead of us guessing which one. A cleaning lady was putting key codes in and helped us. she told us there should be a key which there was not.
  : We could not get into our room still 6:30pm because of the code not working. It took the HOH MIke to talk to you to get us in. The key to the room was an old key and was not replaced. We had to use the 9 digit code the whole stay. Can you imagine running to your room with kids who have to pee to get it fast. Upon arriving we saw the knob to the tub for the cold water was broken. We reported it. They came the next day around 12.00. That left us with no showers. When the guy arrived to fix water, it upset me he had to do it while we was visiting. He even said the other tenants had already reported it to him. He left to get parts. he called and said he was on his way back so we waited. he returned around 4:30. We lost a lot of time as a family waiting on him. We had to split time between the pool with our kids. I did not feel comfortable with a handy man in our room alone and to be honest, you should not recommend it. I have called you all over 5 times. You only want to waive the cleaning fee. The room is out dated. We was shown another room and saw for the same price it was up to code. This room is not getting its updates. The other room mates where very nice to us and told us to never us your company again. We was given a card to call back to them to rent another room. The pool stayed packed. There is to many rooms and not enough pool space. The location to the beach was really great. We enjoyed seeing the ships and crabs. We lost a day. We asked for a day back and you said no. Our kids missed two days of school to enjoy their first vacation in 6 years. We cant afford to vacation to Tybee every year. It wasn't about the money. It was a good price for the room, just the room is old and falling apart. The owners are neglecting it. One thing I did not like is there was no instructions on how to work the tv, we had to look and find the wifi box and hook it up. We had to use our phones for tv. There was delivery orders in the room to order food.

  : We were very close to the beach and because it was private we didn't have to worry about large crowds. There was a barge that prevented waves which was nice for families with younger children who didn't like getting knocked down by them. We also saw dolphins swimming less than 50 feet off shore and a horseshoe crab by the boardwalk. The pool staff provided great music for listening and small pool toys for the children to keep them busy.
  : The beach wasn't exactly handicap accessible. There was a large stairs case that did made it difficult to get beach accessories and children down together in one trip. There was also a barge that prevented waves which depending on preference isn't necessarily a bad thing. The pool staff while nice did seem a bit overbearing with 3 kids there were times we felt if they got restless or loud we might have been asked to leave the area.

  : The beach was magnificent. The view was awesome.
  : The Condo did not have enough Furniture for our family of four to sit comfortably, the whole place needed updating. When we walked in it had a mildew smell, there were no beach chairs provided until I contacted Vacasa. The parking pass was not provided so we recieved several warnings on our car.The vacuum was broken so we could not clean the floors while we were there. The pool was clean but the patio furniture was old and stained and the pool stone was stained and needed replacement . The board president of the beach club and his assistant were a complete disaster. They watched our every move and were extremely rude. It made it un enjoyable to relax with our family and enjoy.
