  : Locationwise, these apartments are extremely close to all main sights and places within the historical centre of Valletta, while being pretty affordable. The room was quite spacious as well. Free drinkable water is provided downstairs, so you can fill your empty bottles. The bed was large, though the mattress was of poor quality. Check-In was smooth, as all information provided was thorough.
  : To start with, we arrived to our room via passcode, both at the central door downstairs and at our room door. The corridor downstairs had an intense smell of mould. Our room seemed fine when we entered, resembled the pictures enough, it just was not squeaky clean (at least decently though). Soon we found out that the sink in the bathroom was leaking from the draining pipe underneath. We contacted the hosts through Booking, but we got no response whatsoever. The premises, including the rooms are very poorly soundproofed, so you can catch lots of sounds from the neighbouring rooms. The most pretentious thing on behalf of the staff was that they would enter to "clean/make up" the room, but they would just take the trash out and pretend to make the bed by fixing the duvet over the unmade sheets (just leave it as is at this point)... Plus, they would always remove our DIY-antileaking bin from under the sink for some reason. As the days went by, the room started feeling more and more dirty, so it was not hard to tell that nobody was cleaning it during our stay. We even had an encounter with a baby cockroach in the bathroom. Anyway, we knew beforehand that we were not staying at a 5* hotel, but at least some fundamental communication with the host and some decency with the cleaning and hygienic state of our room I think should be provided anywhere...

  : Nothing, the place was horendous. I wouldn't have anyone stay there.
  : The first thing was we couldn't get into the place. We tried 5 times and had to ring to get help. They had given us the wrong code to get in. When we got in there were about 25 steps to climb. We couldn't get into the suite(that's a joke) we had to ring them again. When we got in, the place was not what we had booked. The window with the red shutters did not exist. The fridge was a mini bar fridge on the floor and it stunk. The bedroom was 2 walls and the mattress jambed into the space. The kettle etc was on the floor. We had to ring them again to tell them this was not the accommodation we had booked and also we couldn't connect to the internet. The woman told me she would contact management and we should ring her back in half an hour. When we rung back the phone had been disengaged. We couldn't get hold of them at all. My daughter and I left that place and found another room in Merchant S. It was a lovely room with breakfast and it was much cheaper than this one. The images I am putting up look better than the place actually did. This place should not be on Booking. Com it spoils your reputation. I am asking for my money back.

  : It had tv that had no channels, it had no toilet paper, the towels were a little bit dirty, smelled really bad and only got one blanket it was really cold and EUtoUK adapters didnt work i had to buy them and also the main doors didnt open you had to try the code like at least 5 times
