: GianFranco was very helpful, and the apartment was in a fantastic location with a bakery and local shops and eateries just a few steps away, ferry stops just 3-5 minutes walk and the main piazza San Marco just 10 minutes walk. Best of all were the super comfy beds and pillows. Best sleeps in Italy!

: The seating arrangement could have been more comfortable. Had the weather been inclement and we had stayed in more the sofa and dining chairs were not particularly comfortable. However everything else including the weather was amazing.

: Lovely location, and the host is helpful and responsive. Meeting us at the ferry stop the first night was so helpful. The size of the apartment is good.

: The apartment is placed in a quiet area of Venice. It was spacious and clean. Communication with the landlord was perfect. With early arrival it was possible to leave luggage at the apartment and go enjoy the city (before checking out). On the day of departure, we were able to leave our luggage at the apartment and pick it up before departure.
