  : Good location, staff were friendly and provided breakfast to our room
  : No elevator to bring up our luggage. Keys and locks were not easy to use as you had to find the right manoeuvre to open it. Annoying as bathroom was external and again was difficult with the key and lock system. Wifi did not work in the room, and had to be used at reception for best service. Room on the small side.

One word to describe it DEPRESSING!When we first open door to room smelt like public toilet.We had Room 2 on Ground Dark and small.Advertised as Air Conditioning then told by Manager Venice banned Air Con after asked where is air con.The mobile unit was in hall under curtain. Hard to believe it, might of been broken.We could not open the 1 window in room mosquitoes would turn up. It needs a net. Shower is the smallest shower i have ever seen a joke. Dusty on beams, TV, picture frame.Pipes were loud when people flushed upstairs We booked 2 nights only stayed 1 we got out fast did noy even try breakfast after other bad reviews.Owner defensive when complaining. Worst accomodation every, felt robbed and cheated.I have to give myself an uppercut for booking too fast and not doing more review research. Stay away!

  : Great location, close to Ponte dell'Accademia. We could easily walk anywhere from here and quite enjoyed the athmosphere in the neighbourhood even more than in San Marco area. The rooms were spacious and nice, easy check-in and check-out, and a super friendly host who really made us feel welcome. The breakfast is served in your room which I quite liked, though don't expect a continental breakfast. What you get is a typical Italian breakfast of a cappucino or tea and a small pastry (croissant or bread rolls with jam in our case), which was more than enough for us. However, if you're used to a large breakfast buffet bear this in mind. In terms of price vs value, esp in carnevale season, we got a great deal. Most other options within a similar price range were outside of the city, and considering the price of a daily ticket for public transport + breakfast, I'd definitely recommend this place.
  : The double bed is actually two standard mattresses and on the second night they started to separate, which made it a bit trickier to sleep on as a couple but it's not that big of a deal.

  : The room was amazing and very romantic. It was very spacious, clean and typically decorated to the city youre staying in. The breakfast is simple but it has all the components for you to start your day in Venice. Besides that, the location was exceptional, next to everything but with some quietness. Finally, the host was very nice and let us keep our stuff in the place after check out which was very cool!

But we could hear the voices of other people in other rooms of the hotel.There was a private bathroom and toilet, but it was not in the room, and we had to go out to use the room, and this is not good.The hotel internet was very, very bad.On the last day, we paid 12 euros for tax, but this was not mentioned at the time of booking.Breakfast was served in the room, and it was not self-service.
