  : Great location, with lots of good restaurants nearby, but not as crowded as other places in Venice. Nice to have a garden where we could relax. The main room was large and bright. Good range of facilities, including washing machine and dishwasher. A nice and friendly cat in the garden.
  : The furniture is a bit cheap. We had to take care to avoid leaving stains.

  : Sabrina was so easy to deal with and because our flight was getting in late she had organized a food hamper to be waiting for us and sorted a late check out as well which was really appreciated.
  : Misquotes are part and parcel of beautiful Venice some maybe a tin of bug spray ...Also maybe a little attention to the shower all very minor things ....

  : Instructions on entry were not clear. Locatiom was found OK as were the keys however there was no mention that a code was needed to open the first entrance door and which doors would be open vs locked. Took a while to guess the correct code to get in.

  : First of all the place is really hard to find. With Google maps it was bringing us to a completely different location. We spent about 40 minutes circling around with luggage, buggy and kids. A lot of things in the apartment need to be updated. Sweeping brush was broken and taped together, clothes horse was rusted. The table in the bathroom is an accident waiting to happen as the legs are rusted and one of the legs is half missing.Some washing capsules would be nice Coffee machine and complimentary capsules would be nice too. I requested a baby cot for an additional charge. When we checked in to the apartment the bed was not set up and when we put it together it turned out to be broken. I did message someone about it but they didn't get back to me until the following day. Someone came to fix it however one side of the bed would still collapse when baby would lean on it. Not very safe.The garden and the furniture was really run down, cigarette butt's in flower pots, furniture was broken

  : The location, it is on a lovely canal, La Sensa & there are really nice places to eat nearby.
  : The air conditioning was quite noisy & I would have preferred a shower rather than a shower in a bathtub.
