  : Fantastic location in Venice! Wonderful, well equipped apartment, two great bathrooms with the two bedrooms and small kitchen. Everything we needed
  : Bed linens were not satisfactory. Flat sheets on mattress barely fit and no mattress pad. Apart from this small complaint, all else was fine!

  : Beautiful apartment; very comfortable beds; spacious; great communication; accommodating for luggage.
  : There was a broken heater, which led to a too-warm bedroom and a mosquito problem on our first night. However, the property managers handled this problem very well. They responded quickly, fixed the issue, and gave us a bottle of wine in apology. The kitchen could use a few more dishes/knifes, and the wifi could extend better into the bedrooms.

  : It was a cheap way to visit Venice. accommodation was very basic. kitchen area was good and table and chairs to sit at, but no lounge area to relax in.
  : No lounge area. property not cleaned during our stay. nowhere to put luggage, before check in time or after check out. lights not working properly in kitchen and door handles falling off. not enough pillows.

  : The location is great and the property is spacious and in a nice good shape, especially for a Venetian apartment.
  : The property did not have any basic toiletery, except some liquid soap near the sink. The beds are really not good. We used the accomodation mainly for sleeping, therefor the experience was even worst. The property sent me several e-mails on various themes and in various moments, ratther time consuming and unpleasant. I was asked for the tax city cash and someone woud come and colect if I would be at the location ( I found out this detail at my arrival in Venice, no sunner). I wanted to transfer the money, but in the end I had to deposit an amount of 80 eur cash in the property box. It took 3 e-mails back and forward Noane bothered to call. Then, at the arrival, I was basically announced tjat I would need to manage the garbage which was a first and singular experience in my many stayings in Venice. Another message sent on email and the reuqest to leave 10 eur cash on the table if I did not take the garbage to the collection point that was 5 mins away and open between certain hours. The alternative would have been to wait for the thrash collectors in the morning. Noane showed up before 9,30 when we were leaving the premises. We had no idea.of any special conditions when we booked. We had to find out through yet another e-mail afyer our arrival in Venice. Cleaning was not great if you dislike spiders webs. Plenty of them. The booking site was providing an approx adress that was 15 mins away from the real location. We had friends that booked hotels that we thoughrt were in our proximity, only to discover once we did the on line check in that in fact the real adress was NOT close to the innitial one.
