  : This was very comfortable and practical accommodation, in easy walking distance from Venice's station and bus station. It is also a good location to explore Venice from, on foot or by bus. The shower was very good.
  : The room was not very large, but for the price it was good.

  : Location of the property in relation to other places was absolutely great. Super convenient and easy to get to from the train station. Area around Santa Croce is great, loads of food and drink options and great shops. The room was clean and we were allowed to leave our luggage before and after our stay which meant we could explore around our train times. We were given free access to some small snacks which was sort of a breakfast.
  : Room was quite small- very little space to store anything or move around the bed although for a stay of 2 nights it was ok. Communication and greeting on check in was minimal - we paid and got our room key but there was no real welcome or conversation with the person who greeted us. On the day of our check out we were told we could leave luggage there but given there was barely anyone around during the day we didnt know if we could get in to get it back when we needed it. I messaged the host to check it was ok for us to take the outdoor key but got no response so we had to take it. Thankful that we did as we never heard from the host and our bags would have been trapped in the property otherwise!!! Location is also quite noisy- we had our shutters and window closed but even with that the bar next door was very loud until the early hours so we had to use earplugs. Coffee and tea available to use but no milk which would have been a nice addition.

  : Great location, ideal place for a stay in Venice. All fine in the room. Wi-Fi is truly wonderful (fibre speed, if you need it for work, is wonderful). No real breakfast, but a working Nespresso machine and some biscuits really make the difference.
  : The beds are too much on the springy/soft side. Too many pillows in the room. Once you've removed them from the bed, you don't know where to put your things Very steep stairs to reach the room, not a problem for me but could be for other people. Some noise outside until 23, but after is very silent. it's expensive, but in Venice every accommodation is. That's a common issue.
