  : Fantastic location just few steps from vaporetto stop, lovely building and charming little garden at the entrance, comfortable bed and nice breakfast.
  : Our room was too small with "inner courtyard view" and it was very noisy during night. Room furniture needs some refreshment.

  : Location was good, staff were all friendly and helpful.
  : Breakfast for a "Four Star Hotel" was very very basic, the coffee was undrinkable, the dining area was full of ants. My wife got bitten by bed bugs and when we checked the mattress it was covered in them. We were then moved to another room with two single beds. Decor was pretty outdated from the pictures, there were broken sockets covered in dust, and the shower in our original room and the room they moved us to leaked all over the floor along with inconsistent water temperature. One moment it was boiling hot and then it would turn to freezing cold. The Air conditioning was loud and smelled funny, this can only be controlled by the front desk, so if you want to change it you need to go down to reception and ask for it to be turned off.

  : The location wise is not really bad its good so far since the city is not really huge you can walk around instead of using the water taxi unless if you want to visit nearby islands which we used to travel agency to take us to those islands
  : i would say the breakfast isnt that good it has limited options

  : -service was useless and unfriendly -room had torn curtains, stains and mold -not a four stat hotel by any means -used pictures of the 5 star hotel next door on their website so misleading

  : We were on the ground floor and the room felt pretty sparse and low quality compared to the opulent pics (which are of the suites I have no doubt!) normal plugs didnt work and we had a back and forth with pretty young and rude receptionists who said 3 prong was the norm in Italy nowadays and made us out to be super old school 30year olds who hadnt been using plugs in Italy for the previous 2 weeks..! Air con kept breaking and flashing HELP and when asked to change rooms was told theres another room next toYours but yours is honestly better - the other one is super noisy All in all for the price we paid, and we stay in many hotels, not happy with this place.

  : The staff was exceptional. They were very accommodating and provided information and guidance for things around the city. The staff arranged transportation from Trieste to Venice and from the hotel to the airport. The hotel was in an excellent location and I would highly recommend staying at it. Kudos to them!
  : Our room had an irritating, high pitched squeal coming from the air conditioner, however they offered to move us to the top floor.
