: I was there from the Aug 27th to the 2nd. .As for the location, if you want to be in the Cannaregio area, the apartment has a very good location, close to the main streets and restaurants. It's quiet, and you don't hear the noise from the street activity. Simon is the person in charge of any requests you may have; he responds immediately to any questions you have. wifi runs without a problem and indications of how to reach keys and enter the property are easy to follow.
: I was there from the Aug 27th to September 2nd. The apartment was received with basic cleaning, It was easy to see accumulated dust under the furniture, and although the toilet was clean, it didn't have a good cleaning. The shower had a lot of mold. I tried to clean it to see if it would come off a bit and I was able to clean the spot I wanted. So I would say that the cleaning person's approach is more like surface dusting, with nothing deep or well done. One thing I didn't like was that the bed cover (definitely not clean from the previous guest) had a stain/moisture on it, which was not very inviting when I entered the room and I wanted to go to bed. The apartment tends to be dark even with the windows open. Although in Venice, one is outside all day, so if you only need the room for sleeping, this is not a problem. The toilet paper was given to me more than halfway used. I know that you have to buy the things you use, but I did expect a full roll when starting my rental

: The location is excellent, an easy 15 minute walk with luggage from the railway station, only one bridge to cross and relatively easy to find. Fantastic supermarket, a Despar in Teatro Italia within 100m, fish stall at the Guglie Bridge for great fresh fish tue to sat. Excellent cafes and restaurants on Fondamente Ormessini, two minutes away... Try the legendary Paradiso Perduto.. All facilities are excellent with a very comfortable bed... Cooking facilities etc, but we didn't use the dishwasher so can't comment on that... Certainly felt like home after a few days.It is amongst residential homes so you need to respect that..All in all, highly recommended.
: We were the for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it but needed to do some laundry. Having the washing machine was great but there is no facility to hang the clothes to dry.
