  : Location is perfect. Great apartment in every respect Loved it.
  : We went in March and weren't expecting mosquitoes! I would advise taking repellent as we got bitten a lot. Two bedrooms back onto the canal which is fantastic but also great for the mozzies at night!

  : The three bedrooms was perfect for our family of six. The location was nice and there was enough room for us all to eat in the kitchen and sit in the living room.
  : There was only one bathroom and it was on the small side. The tub was tiny and awkward to shower in unless you sat down to prevent slipping. The other point of confusion was the trash system in the city. I wished that the listing had mentioned those details before we booked as it was completely new to us.

  : Plus points to this accommodation are the size of the apartment, which can comfortably fit 6 people. We had 3 adults and 2 kids (age 5 and 6) and there was plenty of room. Its also close to grocery shops (its self catering).We had some issues with the boiler and the response was virtually immediate.
  : I always try to be fair when I post reviews and we knew we had booked a basic apartment, BUT, please be wary if you are staying with young children. From a mums perspective;1)Unsafe cooking facilities (very rickety cooker which had to be lit with a lighter,), and no wine glasses.2) Really slippery marble floors and if kids fall, as they will (ours did!) there's a real injury potential.3) Unsecured drawers and cupboards filled with tools and leftover joinery, 4)Not enough sofas for 6 people to sit comfortably in the living room. 5) (This one's a big issue)VERY treacherous shower over bath, BE CAREFUL and if possible take your own non slip mat. 6) The springs in the single beds are coming through the mattress, no mattress covers and the blankets are very old school (reminded me of the type we had in the 80s before the invention of duvets) 7) Dark entranceway with stone steps and getting inside the front door is tricky. 8) It Can be very loud in the evenings (music and general rowdiness), as you are behind the pubs and restaurants in the cannaregio district. 9)It's a long walk to San Marco...
