  : Location excellent, so also the apartment was clean and recently renovated. Good conditioning in exceptionally hot weather. Kitchen&stuff very well equipped. Staff very friendly and professional.
  : Bed was not so great (making squeaky sounds when turning), so also the sofa for the third person could be more comfortable.

  : The lady who met us took the time to answer all our questions. She was great!The location is excellent. Not in the middle of the crowd, but at the time very close.The apartment itself was well equipped with basic needs such as salt, tea, etc.The bedroom is spacious. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable.The check out time was flexible.
  : The sofa bed could be more comfortable.

  : When I arrived I noticed a familiar looking neon sign facing me off the balcony and realized I was looking into Peggy Guggenheim's yard! The Corner Pub is just nearby and Academia and Zattere; easy walk to all on that side of Venice and the boats, grocery stores nearby.
  : The sofa bed was not particularly comfortable unfortunately as it's a cheap IKEA design without a single mattress and the mattress is always sliding down from the cushions and a hole forming. The garbage in Dorsoduro is a bit more complicated than in other parts of Venice but I finally figured it out and it's easy, but you have to be up in the morning or home when the garbage collectors come by. Heating was a bit of an issue, we were unable to control it and it was off the first day and freezing the first night; in general it seemed to be off when we were there in the evening and night and on in the day when we were out. Would have been nice if we could control it ourselves.I believe there we only 3 forks which was a bit annoying but we survived.
