  : The breakfast was good.
  : Me mad my wife visited verona for a marathon and planned to stay 2 nights at Ai Leoni. We stayed only one and left because there was no hot water in the private bathroom. I contacted the host, he insisted that the hot water is available and I need to wait a bit more. I waited the first evening and on the morning again no hot water. I contacted the host again telling him we go on tne marathon and we will desperately need to have a shower after that.The host offered us to use a bathroom on the upper floor in the same building, but not telling us that it was common bathroom where there was a queue from other people waiting. This was totally unacceptable for me and my wife and we left the property very upset. We requested to get refund for the second night, but so we have not revived it.Beside the bathroom, the room was dark and cold. I asked the host if we can turn on the available air conditioning but he told us the heating is only by radiators. The radiator was not equipped with temperature valve so there is no option to heat up the room. You just have to accept whatever room temperature it is.The room is equipped with king size bed and additional two separate single beds. Interestingly there is no single available electric outlet to charge phone or laptop. You need to unplug the night lamp to charge one phone. Imagine if there are 4 people with phones and some laptops.

  : The hosts were friendly and accommodating people. And the location was very good, with only a short walk to the old town.
  : The room had thin walls/doors, so you will hear the traffic and/or other people in the building.The breakfast wasn't great, but it did the trick.

  : Great location, close to the most important places. Access to a kitchen where you can make coffee, tea, cold or hot food. High-speed internet, under the building a bus stop. Very nice owner! For this price it is really worth it!
  : The double bed has two separate mattresses that come apart so you sleep together but separately ;)Very audible sounds from the hallway so I recommend earplugs.

  : Ai Leoni is well located just a sort walk over the river from the main shopping and tourist centre of Verona. Franco is a kind and gracious host who constantly checked to ensure everything was fine. There is a cosy kitchen where you can meet fellow travellers and have breakfast ( goods supplied) or cook other meals yourself. Buses on the 11,12 & 13 line stop outside the door to transport you back to Central train station. I recommend this property for a relaxed, cost effective stay.
