: Super comfortable apartment is quiet, clean, feels safe and is well-appointed with all the basics and appliances and Luigi is a very friendly and helpful host. Convenient location with easy access to public transportation is a quick trip away from the train station, old city and all the sights.

: The apartment is modern and everything in good shape. The bed is comfortable and there is an AC which is very good during hot summer days and nights.
: The communication with the host was a bit annoying. You get very much SMS first without knowing who is the sender of this messages. Once you figure out by yourself that it is the host of the apartment You will get the same message several times, if you dont reply within a few hours. There is no online check-in which gives you not the highest flexibility for your time of arrival. You will meet the host to get access to the apartment and the keys. The location is ok. You walk approximately 20-30 minutes to the city center, the apartment is not directly located within the touristic area of Verona.

: The appartment was clean and renovated.The area was quiet with relatively easy free parking on the street.
: The area was not the best. Right outside the entrance of the building were some huge garbage disposal bins.The inside of the building smelled badly (fortunately not inside the appartment) and the elevator was very small and old.We were asked to take out the trash and wash all the kitchen utensils, dishes etc we used before we leave. I have no problem doing that but that means the next guest relies on how good a job I did.
