  : Ill try not to make it too long as it has already ruined part of the holiday mood: the room was dirty, the main doors handle fall off every time you pull it, towels were showing stains, but the worst thing was the bed: we couldnt sleep at all for our 2 nights stay, due to the noisy structure and the super bad mattresses. The day we left we finally found out the bed was actually BROKEN and PLACED ON A STONE (see the pic) in order to dont make it obvious to us it was damaged, as It would have touched the floor without the stone underneath.When I texted the host what I received as an explanation was that they were waiting for technician which is actually the same thing he told us at the very beginning in regards of the tv (which we actually didnt care about as we didnt expecting it to be in the room) but GUESS WHY he forgot to inform us that the they were waiting for the technician for the bed as well..!!!Not only he didnt apologies nor refund us at least some of the money weve spent for this horrible stay, but he also basically told us it was our fault: maybe center of gravity has moved and the stone doesn't support the bed. Because when the stone is in the middle the bed doesn't move .. !!Well, Josep, let me tell you that actually in order to be able sleep you are supposed to lie on the bed, which definitely will make it move somehow!!Easy: that room shouldnt have been let to anyone until the bed was fixed (or at least people must have been informed of the inconvenience in order to be able to decide on what to do), he definitely stole our money, he let us pay full amount (the most expensive of all our trip around Croatia) and he didnt even try to find a solution, also taking a piss on us.The worst thing is that - according to what he told us - its place is super busy so probably many other people will have to face the same issue as us, unless the technician will arrive .. which I definitely think its not going to happen..!!

  : The room was a part of another apartment, they just closed a door. We heard everything from the other apartment, and they heard everything from us. It was really uncomfortable. The room was supertiny. We took our dog with us, so in this tiny room, we had literally no spacey Also the bedsheets were torn, we literally had no blanket.
