  : It was fine. I was there for one night only, so no more judgment that just fine.Breakfast was nice
  : I did not like the way i was greeted and talked to when arrived and up until the next morning. Imagine traveling for almost 24 hours, come to the hotel tired just to be greeted with a poker face and emotionless voice. I mean I get it, we all have bad days or someone doesn’t like their job but you are getting paid to basically smile. I know what hospitality is because I have experience in almost each position there is in the hotel and restaurants. And my experience was not very pleasant. I think I was treated better at the ibis budget than here.. I also asked if i could order some lunch to-go before checking out, since my train was leaving in the morning, but the girl gave me the look as if i was stupid and had to know the information that lunch is available only after 12pm..I was also pretty surprised that when I asked for some ice to my room, I was told to get it myself. “We don’t have a person who brings room service”. Okay, i think they meant room service doesn’t include bringing as simple as ice to the room, but that sentence is indeed true, then do your guests have to go down and pick up their own food? i hope not, that won’t make any sense.The rooms have no actual necessities beside the soap, body wash and water. I don’t really need stuff for cleaning shoes.. All i wanted was slippers and toothpaste. Had to go out and buy some myself.People in tiny rooms should be very careful because it is easy to stab the toe when passing the bed towards the desk. The bed was clean but the pillow was rock-hard, made my neck sore the next day. And the blanket was super synthetic. The type synthetic that make you sweat unnaturally.

  : Convenient parking right by the hotel for an additional fee. Overall, it's a decent and quite cozy hotel with pleasant and responsive staff - Yury, Eliza, thanks for your hospitality! It's well-suited for solo travelers or couples, but for the families I would recommend to look for something more spacious.
  : A very cramped room for 4 people. With the sofa bed unfolded, there's hardly any space left to move around.Despite the decent quality of breakfast, the selection of dishes is very limited. It's better not to go for breakfast during peak hours - it's very crowded, and the pathways in the restaurant are narrow, so you have to wait and push through.The sink was already clogged in the room before we checked in, but it wasn't unclogged even after calling the reception and notifying the staff. Wow...
