Rent like home - Bagno 3

Disappointing
Traveller Type: review category business travellers
: Nice location. Enough towels and comforters for 2 persons.
: No wi-fi for first two days, even after it became available - it was working good only from time to time. Dirty dishes in cupboard, greasy oven (stinks when turned on). Photos of kitchen are misguiding: instead of nice bottles of olive oil on photos you actually get two single use pouches, no moka coffee maker or knives that actually can cut anything. Couch is stained. 0 hooks for towels in bathroom.

: The location of the property is nice, all the rest are not.The coach was dirty, bathroom and kitchen not in the best conditions. No one hanger in the bathroom....
: There was NO INTERNET at the apartment. I spent more then 2 hours of my time, reschedule meeting to come to place, waiting for fixing the problem and every time it was not fixed.

: Overall it’s a good value for money, small apartment but quite comfortable and clean. The customer support was easy to reach and were quick to respond when I needed help with WiFi password. Had it fixed next day.
: Charge for late check out. No iron, no TV.

: Perfect location. Quiet but in the middle of city centre, walking distance away from most of the atractions. Clean and cozy apartment, great for city break.

: - Good central location, just a few minutes from Palac Kultury and the central train station, and within walkable distance to the Old town (15-20min).- Good communication and easy self check-in.- Decent standard and while not very spacious, it provides what most visiting the city will probably need.
: - Curtains letting in a lot of light from the outside so it's difficult to sleep in the morning during the summer.

Exceptional

: The room was quite nice, clean and comfortable. Close to the city centre and the railway station.
: The drawers’ sliding mechanism in the bathroom didn’t work so they were always out. The painting was taken down from the wall and put behind the sofa. There was just a hook on the wall.

: Perfect location right by the Palace of Culture and Science, Metro and Tram stops really close by and a lot of shops and restaurants only within a few 100 metres. Yet, it was okay quiet in the building (if you have your windows closed). The apartment was nice and modern and the kitchen had everything we needed. The water bottle, tea and coffee were a nice little extra. The people in the building were really nice and helped us when the mailbox was somehow blocked.
: Can be a bit noisy, especially with ambulances, drunk people and dogs in the middle of the night but thats what you get for living in such a good location.
