  : Location and that's it.
  : Room is dirty, food wrappers, dust and AC is not working properly. Asked for electric fan and was told that they will get back to us but never did. We had a baby and a kid and were uncomfortable throughout the stay. Only pros is they let us check in early.

  : They had a sign that said be back in 15 minutes it was always there had to ring twice to get staff one time never got them again. All he kept asking was if I had my dog. Got to room, hair and mystery stains in both beds, a partial fake eyelash on sink counter. Hair in tub, trash all over, soap ring on side of sink, hole in the wall beside tub. A guy with jeans on, no shirt taking pictures of our door. We left after being in room 20 minutes. We didn’t stay couldn’t find a staff member to talk to so just left keys in night drop. Still waiting to talk with. Booking about it.

  : The bathroom was filthy, old products still laying in the tub, hair, not cleaned at all.

  : The staff were responsive
  : The property is really old, rooms are not cleaned, disgusting dirty floors that make the sole of your feet black, black strikes on bedding, broken bathroom door, sink that doesn’t drain and dead bugs on the floor.

  : Nothing! Well, there was a nice framed photo of a Sante Fe caboose on the wall.
  : There was no breakfast which was promised in the booking. There was a tray of granola bars and a coffee carafe. We went to McDonalds and paid $20.90 for breakfast. I asked the hotel to refund me that much and they wouldn't (our total hotel bill was $152.00). Also, our room was clearly in the middle of renovations and they denied this. In the hallway carpet outside our room there was a disgusting stain that was either paint or mold.
