  : We felt badly for the valet as their was only 1 valet on and cars were always backed up, the valet had to run and park cars and we had to leave our keys inside with front desk many times. You should always have at least two valets. Especially that there is a $26 charge per day

  : No parking available at the hotel. No refrigerator in the room, no hotel parking had to pay for parking in the parking deck around the corner, no continental breakfast included, no complementary coffee, no vending machines, had to pay over 5.00 for a bottle water only available at the bar. Small juice was priced at over 7.00. Paid over 250.00 for the note and nothing included! Overall very unsatisfied with this hotel and will never stay at a Marriott Hotel AGAIN!!!!!!

  : The cleanliness was great, everything in the hotel including the restrooms smelled nice
  : this hotel room didn?t have a working temp control, there wasn?t any body wash included. No microwave was available and the phone in the room wasn?t working.

  : The pool was great. The location was ideal for walking around the downtown and river walk. We were within easy walking distance of many wonderful restaurants and shopping. Nice friendly vibe and always felt safe. Our room was quiet. Great shower with nice wall mounted shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
  : The front desk staff were somewhat surly. We were told it was to our benefit to use the $ valet car service, but we should have just used the public parking garage across the street since we walked almost everywhere. Coffee was the in room tray style by cup or buy Starbucks in the lobby. Maid service is every three days, so if you run out of towels, tp, facial tissue, etc you have to call for it.
