  : Location excellent. Right on the river with pretty scenic view. Near many bars, entertainment, restaurants and shops.
  : Room #604 was shabby with old, outdated furnishing, drapes and furniture that need replacing. Very rundown, dirty and dusty. Needs a thorough and detailed cleaning of rooms, bed comforter, blanket and pillow shams; floors, blinds, under furniture and especially under bed was so heavy with dust that it caused me to have allergy issues. Really needs to be painted, updated and remodeled. Things were broken or not working well (i.e. screen door, iron, stove, hvac unit, faucet, bathtub drain and ironing board. Will not be going back.

  : The condo suites are located in a residential building on the waterfront. Downtown Wilmington is right on the doorstep. The suite has a kitchenette, dining and living area and a separate bedroom and bathroom. A small terrace overlooks the water.The bed was comfortable and had a memory foam mattress.
  : The suites are in a poor state of repair and look unattractive. In our unit, #208, the bathroom door didn’t close properly (loose hinges) and the bathroom cabinets were damaged. Doors and wood trim in all the rooms are badly soiled. The bathroom, hallway, windows and balcony are in need of a deep clean.The sofa is at the end of its life.There is a lot of construction work taking place on the waterfront which created a lot of noise and dust - work began at 7:00 am!!The check in desk at the nearby Hotel Ballast need to lose “the attitude”.These suites have the potential to offer so much more but they need refurbishing.

  : Great location. It’s super close to the riverwalk and tons of downtown shops and restaurants.
  : The construction next door will have you up every morning by 7am and it’s loud all day until 5.
