  : Only fault I can say their was wet towels left on radiator. not cleaners fault I think someone took clean ones and left their wet one I would recommend closing door after cleaning and not leave open

  : This has potential to be better if they just improve on the issues. Taking care of the guest should be number one.
  : This host was very rude to us. When we first arrived, the male co-owner was there and swung open the door abruptly and was rude and short with us. There is no way to get in touch with the husband and wife team except by messaging them. We asked for 1 extra towel and a hand towel. They only provided 2 towels and 1 hand towel. We need additional and never had issues at any hotel especially if not documented on booking.com. She said they will not provide additional towels and then doubled down stating they also do not change towels. Very unsanitary and unnecessary. We said nothing back and she jumped to accusing us of having more than 2 people staying....all because we asked for an extra towel. She threatened to make us leave. Wow! We wanted to sleep in and she knocked on our door the next day to wake us up and try to make sure there were only 2 of us. I really could not believe this. Also the WIFI was very intermittent and unreliable. Our room was on the top floor, had a sloped ceiling, no a/c and the hottest room in the place. No fan provided and Extremely loud with window opened. Did not clean the room at all nor change towels. Very rude and unnecessary treatment. They do not disclose they dont clean or give additional towels or change out for new towels so know that they are like that and will not help if any issues!

  : The room was small for 75 , top of that heating wasnt working in the room , tv size is smaller than a laptop. Wont recommend anyone.
