: I would not go back to this property. The property needs to be cleared next door. There was trash and piled up garbage made it oh so cozy! As well as the tiles are a unsafe hazard to anyone loose and broken in the main walk way. The faucet in the bathroom was broken no hot water so we washed our hands in the kitchen after our bathroom uses. The hot tub did not heat up stayed at 86 temp! The trash cans were full so we had to keep the trash in the house with us for 3 days. Also the front gate you walk through is about one screw from falling off completely
: The fact Ive left multiple messages and reviews and no one has Made any attempt to contact me !

: It was quiet and secluded.
: Too far from the beach. No access to the beach (couldnt walk to it from the property). Large food crumbs found inside. Beds were stiff and hard. Hot tub stopped heating after first night and went down in temp to 81. No actual response from Vacasa except canned responses, as they kept referring to Operations Manager who never contacted me. When I asked for a later checkout (10am is ridiculous) I never got a response to that. The internet Gateway with password protection does not exist, even though all the info refers to it.

: This place is a cute little getaway. Not as polished as some, but was perfect for our trip. The glass on the fireplace was broke, so we didnt get to use that. Also, no one told us til we arrived that we would need to buy the fire logs for it, and could not use firewood in the fireplace. People might want to know that ahead of time. Because of lack of fire, it was difficult to heat the place upon arrival. Maybe they should pre-warm in preparation for arrivals? Hot tub right out the bedroom was fantastic! Although most of the jets did not have much power :( might need a quick maintenance on the hot tub! Other than that, the place was perfect, and we will stay here again! Loved the price and the location!
: Broken glass on fireplace, so we couldnt use it. The place was super cold because you cant arrive til dark, and was very hard to heat without the fire. Was only one little wall heater to heat the kitchen/living area. Also, jets on hottub seem a little plugged or something. Made noise so we turned jets off.

: Fully furnished, all the promised amenities were available and in good order.
: Toilet was small. Couple of loose tiles. Instructions werent updated (hot tub lock and Wi-Fi password). No cell service, which wasnt mentioned anywhere.
