  : It was freezing when we arrived, been driving for 4 hours, took a couple of hours to even warm up. Couldn't have showers as no hot water, this was a big issue as on timed and only seemed to get hot water for an hour in the morning. Tried pressing boost button as instructed but water still cold. Very annoying as wanted showers before we went out for our posh dinners we had booked Shower head held in place with a black bin liner!!! Carpets filthy. No mattress protectors, stains on mattresses. V few cooking utensils etc in kitchen. Could do with a good clean and sort out This is the second time we've had this with booking. com that's why we rarely use you now

  : Location great. Nice and clean and tidy flat. Well equipped.
  : The instructions for turning on the heating were totally inadequate, even the handy man who came to help had trouble with it. Also same problem with the TV. For a 'comfy' expensive flat for four/five people, the two seater sofa and single seater were totally inadequate. They also were different to the ones portrayed in the advert when we booked. The radiator and the extractor fan in the first bathroom were not working and the handyman could not fix them.

  : Lovely apartment, well appointed and great location.
  : No lift from the carport to first floor. Being disabled it was extremely difficult for me to reach the first floor via stair.It should be explained in the description if the property that the lift is only for the pedestrian entrance.

  : Absolutely perfect location - so central and yet quiet at night. Very spacious apartment - everything you could need for your stay. All clean and modern.
  : Sound-proofing from floor above is not so good but I appreciate this can't be helped. A coat rack in the hallway would be good - lots of coats/wet coats this time of the year but nowhere to hang them,

  : Location and the free parking. Plenty of space.
  : Cooker was dirty. Heating stopped working in the lounge. Rang support and a security person was sent who didnt know how to fix it. We stayed here same time last year and had problems with heating which were not fixed during our stay. Such a shame, could be fantastic.

  : The location was bang on and anywhere with free parking on-site is fantastic. The property was very comfortable, well appointed and well maintained.

  : Great location and free parking, can't get anything better for location... apartment nice size, 2 bathrooms a bonus. Love York.
  : A preference for a main bedroom a king-size bed would have been better for us personally... especially when it's not cheap to stay here. The showers were great for hot water in the morning, but later on in the day just got cold water, not great for December, and when on the shower head just kept slipping down when in use, ok if your 3ft tall. Sofas very low. It could be great a great apartment, not quiet there, looks a little tired and in need of TLC in some areas. We would visit again purely for the location.

  : Only one washing up tab for a 3 day stay was just mean!
