  : Location was perfect - it was in the very heart of historic York with restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and shops all within walking distance.
  : WIFI was quite slow inside the bedroom that we have to stay in the living room most of the time to enjoy a faster connection

  : The location is very central, convenient for finding food and strolling around the city. At the same time, there is no noise disturbance at night because there are not many pubs in the area. The room is spacious, well-organized, looks new, and has free parking. There are many books on the shelves, which children enjoy reading.
  : It was not as clean as it should be, especially the kitchen appliances like the kettle and oven, making us hesitant to use them. There were crumbs and litters under the sofa. The code for the back door at the garage was not provided initially; we were told to use a key, which didn't work. It took over half an hour to resolve the issue with the property manager. Calling the number on booking.com yielded no response, so we had to solve it ourselves by running around to the front door in the rain and using the key access front door entrance to open the back door from inside. We booked through booking.com and paid for six people (4 adults and 2 children aged 8 and 9), but there were only beds and towels prepared for four. We informed the property immediately, but they couldn't help and just apologized, resulting in the two children having to sleep on the sofa, which was too short for the older child for both nights.
