Stunning 1 bed apartment in a brand new development

  : Good location - 15 mins walk to the centre of York. Modern new apartment. Free secure car parking. Comfortable bed. Relatively spacious apartment.
  : No loo rolls or soap or hair dryer. Not a problem as supermarket nearby but suggest owners should make it clear that you need to bring your own. There was no remote control for the TV - again not a problem as didn't go to watch TV and informed the agent. The apartments are next door to what looks like student accommodation and was a little noisy on Saturday night. Hard floors had been cleaned but bedroom carpet need vacuuming. We did arrive 15 mins early and the cleaner let us in and may not have finished cleaning in all fairness. Would stay again.

  : Location was great, very close to both York Minster and Clifford Tower area.
  : There were not a lot of facilities for example no forks, one teaspoon, no oven gloves. A spend of 50 would be enough to make a big difference.

  : The noise from the student accommodation, they were outside until pass 1am on two out of our three nights, so we couldnt sleep. The bed was clean but a very small double, and with the noise outside not a relaxing stay. The kitchen facilities were super poor, it was a lovely kitchen but no folks, only one teaspoon and the handle broke of my my hand on one of the three mugs and the boiled water went all over my feet, so bad nights sleep and blistering feet, great! I did tell the owners this and was basically completely ignored.

  : the fact it was new and was attracted by the stunning description - expected it to be luxury all the way but did not match up to expectations or other properties already visited.
  : i would like the opportunity to discuss in full and provide photos or various unsatisfactory aspects - such as cleanliness, health and safety issue, and miscellaneous items. this could easily match the description given if some issues were addressed.

  : 11th to 15th July.We arrived early evening used toilet during the night to find it didn't flush & the cistern continuously over flowed so phone first thing in the morning to inform them nothing was done so phoned & texted continuously to be told it was up to owner & he couldn't do any more & that was it! We had to use public toilets!! for the whole of our stay completely ruined our holiday. I'm in talks with booking.com & they also can't a reply!

  : Lovely apartment, comfortable and clean and perfect for what I needed. Great host, service manager Jordon was friendly and helpful, I had a problem that he came and sorted within 2 minutes and wasn't a problem for him. Location for York was brilliant with a 15 minute walk in to the town center.
  : Located next to university student accommodation which could be a little loud at night, however this was not a major problem.
