  : Fantastic location close to restaurants and bars, not too far from the train station. The room was very comfortable and the staff very friendly. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

  : I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. Arriving early, I appreciated being able to leave my luggage and start my day. The lobby and waiting room are beautifully designed and comfortable. Best of all, it was wonderfully quiet at night, ensuring a restful sleep. Highly recommended!
  : My stay had a few drawbacks. The breakfast room was extremely quiet, to the point where you could hear people eating; some background music or radio would improve the atmosphere. While the male receptionists were excellent, I found the female receptionist to be a bit cold and seemed to force niceness, which was disappointing.

  : The location is fantastic. It’s very central, allowing us to comfortably explore the city on foot. The breakfast was outstanding. The reception staff were incredibly helpful in finding us a great spot on our first night.

  : Very central location in the old town of Zurich. Right across one of the most popular eating places in town. Easy walking access from main train station and to many of the main attractions of the city (river, lake, shopping etc). Room was spacious and bigger than we expected with a very comfortable bed. Nice outside area for having breakfast.
  : With the very central location comes the noise. It is a very noisy street/ area the hotel is located in, especially on weekends. We had very warm days during our stay, so opening the windows increased the noise levels even more. Although there was an AC installed (some form of DIY solution) which helped to cool down the room, but also added even more noise to the mix. Very suboptimal solution. Most of the provided USB ports did not work and despite staying for three nights, we never managed to figure out how the light switches were supposed to work (might have been us...). We simply took the light bulbs out for good measure...Lastly, the pillows were appallingly bad. Although the hotel is offering a 'pillow service' this unfortunately only meant to get more horrible pillows of the same style and no other options were provided.

  : Location was great.
  : They advertised that they had air conditioned rooms. The rooms only had temporary AC units with the venting through the window. It’s was 94° in Zurich and our room ac unit temperature in our room was 85° . Way too hot for the amount of money we paid for “air conditioned” room.

  : Excellent location but unfortunately the facilities didn’t match the pictures. Outdated bathroom and faulty aircon made the room unbearable. The staff did try to fix the aircon issues after a couple of times reporting it but ended up getting a fan to use. Waste of money paid for an air conditioned room.
  : Outdated bathroom and faulty aircon. Rooms are a lot smaller than what shown in pics. Having a portable aircon in the room further reduced the walkable space.

  : On Arrival staff were very welcoming and we were able to get in to our room earlier than expected.Room itself was very clean and bed very comfortable. The hotel is situated in the old town lovely spot with restaurants and shops around you.Train station approx 10 mins walk away Must mention the staff again at reception they were very helpful enjoyed our stay here.
