  : Their IT system got hacked and they took additional money out of my account, had to cancel my debit card. Poor AC, room was very hot coming back to it. No proper blind only outdoor shutter. No tea, coffee, milk. No safe. No double lock on inside of door. No ventilation in bathroom.

  : We stayed in a room with a terrace, overlooking the main streat. The bed was very comfortable and we loved to spend the evenings on the terrace (even though the location is sometimes rather noisy). The apartment is right across the train station therefore it was very convenient to travel around the city. The room was spacious and the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary utensils. There is a lot of furniture for storage, thus, it is convenient for a longer stay. The room is very well lit during the daytime.
  : The room wasn't equipped with some basic cleaning supplies, such as a mop, dishwasher tabs or glass cleaning detergent (for the dining table), which is inconvenient in case you are staying longer than a few days. Housekeeping is once a week, but it would be much more comfortable to have the supplies to clean the table after a meal or to clean the floor after a rainy day.
