: The were clear instructions from the agency on how to pick up the keys - (which we ignored) - The apartment was closer to the lifts than we were anticipating and we could ski back to within a few minutes walk of the entrance if we wanted. Very well equipped kitchen with good quality utensils for doing all our own meals.
: The apartment was on the top floor and there was no passenger lift (however our heavy luggage was taken upstairs for us in a stair lift - (not sure if that is guaranteed or if it was just the owner being nice) - there was a lockable heated ski room with heated boot racks but other guests left it unlocked - which was annoying.

: Apt was very clean and quiet. Everything in the kitchen was new and very clean.
: No elevator to get to 4th floor. Bed is squeezed between two walls. It was OK for me, but would need a bit of gymnastic for two people
