Keys can be collected from the office from Monday to Friday, between 16:00 and 18:00. Outside these times or on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, keys can be collected from the security boxes outside the office.

: if u dont want problems AVOID THIS PLACE. i been accused of stayin more people then it was(therefore they wanted to keep depositum of 300euros)they didnt ewen tried to talk to me first they reported straight to booking .com . was a shocking and very stressfull situation. staff is rude disrespecfull and not helpfull there is not compromising nothing . lady speaking with me from reception was chewing gum in the phone loud while speaking , plus with a raised voice. never got apology or anything like that . been ignored whole stay. when leaving they didnt ewen bothered to come and collect key . never answered phone or message . NEVER EWER IN MY LIFE I HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE and been disrespected or accused such a thing. also apartment was not clean . but the location was perfect ,but much sound cause apartment is in midlle of restaurants and bars perfect for people who likes to go to party ,short way back home :D. well i hope this was helpfull for people staying in future:) DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE .

: I'm afraid I can't recommend this accomodation for several reasons:1. There were some works going on in the building that should have been finished by the time we arrive and they weren't. We were not told about it when we made our reservation. Only a couple of days before, while making arrangements to get the keys, we were informed but reassured that they wouldn't bother us. But they definitely did. We had craftsmen knocking at our windows at 08:00 AM several times and noise non-stop for 12 days. It was so unbearable that we had to find an alternative accomodation and move out. Extremely annoying. (We finally got a 10% refund for our noisy stay but this didn't make up for the noise, and the stress to find another accomodation and move out in the middle of our holidays)2. I assume they may be done with the works by now but it's still a very noisy place. There is a glass container in the front of the building where all bar owners (and there are A LOT of bars around this place!) throw all their empty glass bottles when they close their bars. It may be at 02:00 or even 03:00 AM. The noise can be heard even from the main bedroom at the back of the appartment.3. We stayed in this appartment in December and it was always chilly in the living room. The reason is that the windows don't close properly and there is always cold air coming into the room.4. If your flight arrives in the evening you may have trouble getting the keys. We had to ask a family member to pick them up in the afternoon because our flight was arriving at Alicante at 23:00 PM and we were told that this was too late for someone to meet us in the appartment. I have rented several accomodations in Alicante in the last years, always arriving with the 23:00 PM flight, and never had this problem before.5. The appartment was not as clean as one would expect for an appartment of this price category.
