  : We struggled to get WiFi on the tv and then we only had one English speaking channel. We like to watch the news but there was only DMAX available

  : During our two nights of staying , the WiFi didnt work properly for even just 1 min . The water pressure is a bit low , which leads to the problem of the toilet flush . The lift was out of service on our day of leaving so we had to carry three suitcases down from the 2nd floor all the way to the entrance

  : We liked the idea of a penthouse apartment with a rooftop terrace but the reality was a very different experience.
  : We arrived at 8 pm and it took 2 hours to finally get into the apartment. The lift didnt work all 4 days we were there. We were promised a refund of 50 Euros for the inconvenience of the first night but still havent received anything. The apartment is extremely noisy as there is a very busy road with bars and restaurants open till 4 am just around the corner. The 2nd bedroom didnt have a bedside lamp though it had been mentioned in other reviews. The rooftop terrace is very strange as you sit surrounded by tower blocks and is looked over from all sides. The second bathroom was not cleaned with dirty towels in the drawer. The customer service was extremely poor. I would not stay again.

  : The cleanliness of the bathroom, specially the shower, must be improved. The toilet also had a leak and we could hear the constant dripping at night.That being said, these are fixable issues, that once addressed, will make this apartment the perfect place to stay.

  : the kitchen had a large selection ofcondiments, which was a nice touch. The apartment is centrally located, with plenty of nearby restaurants and easy access to beaches and trains. We received useful recommendations and places of interest before our stay.
  : 1. The toilet often didn't flush and would only work if you waited for about an hour. This was inconvenient, especially after certain uses.2. The curtains had missing rings/hooks, causing them to hang down and let light in, waking us up early each day. Despite contacting them on the first day, and their attempt to fix it on the second day, nothing changed.3. The WiFi code provided didn't work. Although United Renters sent a different one promptly, updating the cards in the rooms would prevent this issue.4. Instructions for the microwave/combi oven in multiple languages would be helpful as we couldn't use it due to the lack of instructions.5. We weren't aware that room cleaning and towel changes weren't automatic. During our 10-night stay, we had to request a towel change and the room wasn't cleaned, or bedding changed at all during the stay. This is the response I got when I asked for a towel change Alright we will pass by when we have a moment. The service is paid by each guest in every reservation, but its on every check-out. So whenever we have an exit of course the service is done. Your reservation is for 10 days, we dont have a problem in passing by to make the change, just that if its every two days we do have to charge. For the change of all towels and beddings would be 10euros 6. They provided a small dustpan and brush was inadequate, and I couldn't use them due to a medical condition.7. Our early check-in request was declined because the room was occupied, which is understandable, but we didn't receive the promised notification when it was ready and ended up checking in at 3pm
