  : We couldnt close our door from outside and reception guy told us someone will fix it soon and then after couple of hours we still couldnt close it, so it means our luggage and stuff were there.

  : There was one cockroach in my room, it was not as clean as it looked in the pictures, and we could hear the people on their rooms.

  : The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Hane. Location was great and close to the beach and bars, could t fault it for the price
  : Furnishing and finishing in paintwork etc could do with being tidied up, some parts looked abit run down

  : I would like to make a complaint about the conditions in the hotel. The toilet had no lid. It looked terrible and it was difficult to use such a flush. The dirt stuck to the toilet was visible and unsightly. The grate in the bathroom was dirty with dust and had probably not been cleaned for a long time. We ordered two separate beds, on the day of arrival, when checking in, we asked if there were separate beds. We received the answer that yes, but the bed was joined, separated only by two separate sheets. There were no duvet covers in the hotel. The quilt had to be covered with a sheet which fell off at night and the quilt touched the body, it was very unsterile. The lamp between the beds kept falling on one person's head and another person's head because it was not attached. The mirror was on the floor, you couldn't look in it, you had to bend down to look at it. You could barely get through the door because it was partially open (see the video)... Additionally, there was a smell of dampness in the room.

  : The room and the layout were small but were perfect for a solo trailer on a short trip . Staff really friendly. I fault them they go above and beyond. Honestly, they made staying there really comfortable, and I would stay again. The location was pretty central to everything.
  : So I don't smoke the first instance, the room had asmell like cigarettes, which is very irritating as a non-smoker airing the room didn't help nor did air freshener. The location you are right above bars and clubs . But just bring ear plugs. The tap was wobbley, the air-conditioner had mould or a build-up of dust.it needs maintenance. so I just kept the door open to navigate. Any risk

  : Why no kettle in a room? Why having coffee pod machine but not providing/selling coffee pods at the reception? Coffee is such a necessity in the morning for a lot of people. Blue cushions, needs washing! Absolutely stinking... Duvets has marks all over them... Pillow on each single bed is flat like a pancake... Hair dryer has no nozzle on it, so it burns hair because hairdryer gets so hot! When we arrived we had no towels, only a mat and 1 hand towel. Extremely noisy from the street, as party downstairs in pubs goes till 3am, bring airplugs and get ready for zero night sleep.
