  : The property is really close to the center of Anacapri.The owner is very nice with great hospitality. My room was spacious and comfortable.Totally recommend!

  : In the centre of Anacapri, only a few minutes from the bus station. Good starting point for exploring the island.
  : Overall, our stay was quite nightmarish. On the square in front of the house there was a big stage with performances on two of the three nights of our stay, starting at 21:00 and lasting until after 23:00. Opposite the house there was a construction site where work started at 7:30 and lasted until 16:00. So there was massive noise from early morning to late at night. We noticed this and asked about mitigation options when we moved in, but the host shrugged his shoulders. We later tried to contact the host to discuss options. We had been asked to simply knock at the door of their private apartment, but noone answered. In consequence, we moved the single bed of our two bed apartment into the area of the kitchenette in an attempt to generate a somewhat more quiet sleeping place for my daughter. On the next day, a woman knocked at our door and when my daugther opened, this woman started to shout at her (without even introducing herself). She called my daughter "not normal" and only stopped insulting us when I said I would call the police. We later learnt that this was the wife of the host who wanted to express her unhappiness about us moving the bed. We were not keen to further explore the situation given that the host - an elderly gentleman - had served breakfast on the first morning with his shirt open and his naked belly protruding; not a sight I wanted to be exposed to again. The hosts also requested that we left the keys to the apartment on a hook next to the door to the apartment when we were not in, so that anyone could see when guests were out and could enter the apartment. In terms of safekeeping, there was a small locker for valuables, but it was not large enough for laptops or ipads. All in all it was a very unpleasant experience (in particular having a host insulting underage guests is a no-go in my view). Only go there if you don't mind controlling, partly dressed hosts. Avoid with children, as single travellers and women.

  : The location of this accommodation was fabulous. Also the knowledge and help from the owner was really helpful and ensured that we saw some amazing sights in Ana Capri and Capri.

  : The hospitality of the owner, the breakfast was diversified with a lot of choices, the bed it's confortable.
  : The smell from the building, but I apreciate that is since 1790, it's looking like a museum.

  : The hotel was in a nice area.The towels were clean, and there was a hair dryer. The owner was kind.
  : The room was spacious, but the furniture was kind of old and a bit smelly. The bathroom had a bad smell, too. The shower was 70% broken. The breakfast was basic.It's not worth the money.
