  : The staff was very friendly, good location and they picked us up from the port for free. The owners also own an amazing restaurant and they can arrange the pickup and drop off to it for free. The pool are is great, there are many sun beds and the hotel is near the main town, restaurants and bus stop.
  : It was very noisy at night / early morning, and the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

  : The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free hotel shuttle from the ferry was fantastic after 24+ hours of travel! The breakfast was very good--the eggs were fantastic and the croissants were delightful. It was really nice having a pool. We were really jet lagged the first day we arrived, so we spend a lot of time swimming and relaxing by the pool instead of sightseeing. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby (walking distance) and the hotel arranged a free shuttle for us to an amazing restaurant (Da Emilia) with spectacular views. The rooms themselves were comfortable and very clean, but they were nothing special.
  : Towels out by the pool would have been a welcomed addition! Otherwise, everything was quite good!

  : Staff were not very interested in my queries, including bus schedules, how to get to Marina Piccola. The free shuttle service was not mentioned in my check-in time. They also could not mention a place to buy sun cream.

  : location is great! we were within walking distance to some of the main attractions we wanted to see and only a short bus ride to the others. there is a bus stop right out front of the hotel. the pool was a wonderful perk. great to have a swim after a long day exploring, or just relax on a sunny day. breakfast is included and is very good. the free shuttle pick up from the port was appreciated and well communicated. The staff recommended a lovely restaurant to watch the sunset. I’m so glad we went, the views were stunning we would definitely stay at Hotel Carmencita again! i hope we get to. i hated to leave. beautiful island, sweet hotel and wonderful staff
  : The only thing I can think of was the shower was small. The bathroom itself was very cute though and very clean.

  : We liked the free shuttle bus to the hotel and we also took the hotel shuttle bus back to the port too. Everything was well organized and the breakfast was also good!Unfortunately, the pool was closed since it was too cold, I guess :-(
