  : Perfect location near the center of Anacapri. Quiet, charming place with great staff, nice breakfast and an awesome terrace. Away from the hectic Capri-town center, but close enough to visit anything on the island.

  : I can forgive lots of things during my stay in a hotel, but rudeness, lack of cleanliness and safety measures, and lack of politeness is unforgivable.First of all after i booked the hotel,there was not a useful tip send to me on how i will find the hotel or anything. When i arrived in the Island of Capri i send a message to the hotel through the platform of booking.com in order to ask if they offer any transport from the port of Capri to the hotel and no one answered back. I later called them and they answered that they dont offer transport and we had to reach the hotel by bus,which was a total nightmare,it was so crowded and we had to wait under the sun in the queue.When we arrived in the room of our hotel, we saw with my girlfriend that the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned, the towels did not seem so clean and there was mould up from the shower.Also, in the place where the shower is ,its was too dark and this was making difficult to enjoy our shower. There was a place for another light bulb/lamp near the shower but there had was no light bulb. After one hour from our arrival the light in the shower went off for no reason and the light could not turned back on. I went to the reception desk and asked for help. A person from the reception came to investigate the situation and told me that he would call his colleagues to fix the situation. In the meantime, the same person from the reception came back with a portable lamp with a plug in and he placed it in our bathroom without asking our permission first and suggested that until the main light from the bathroom was fixed, we could use this portable light, which i found it really inconvenient, first of all beacause i felt it was unsafe to use a light with a plug in near the shower and second, you could barely see with this portable lamp in the shower.
