  : People smoking in rooms and outside property allowing smoke to go inside hotel not good for people with chest conditions. Also not good for look of hotel when cig/butts thrown on pavement

  : Loved we where 5 mins from the center (tower dungeons etc) Staff was approachable (when there).Cooked breakfast was lovely.Smart tv in the room with netflix provided.
  : We arrived Sunday no one to greet us.Room smelled like a teenage boys room mix of lynx and sweat.We called prior to booking to see if a fridge could be provided for medical equipment was told this wouldn't be an issue just to put on booking form Which I did. Sadly no fridge in the room on arrival... called and texted the owner no answer also texted the number that gave our room code again no answer...only got some help the next day at breakfast by this point the medicine was warm and no long use able despite up having frezer blocks in the bag beside the medicine... fridge was provided on this day but was pointless by this point.... window and shower mouldy... bathroom smelled of urine... single needs where previously bunk beds that had been separated made alot of noise when moving around... main light in the room wouldnt work kept flickering so used bedside lamps also message them about this... found someone had left a medical table under 1 of the beds on the floor... don't think putting a family next to the entrance door was the best idea either constant footfall till very late.

  : The whole place was disgusting only 2small towels which was disgusting bedding got make up all over it, holes in bottom sheet, only person we seen was the person cooking breakfast which was self service, we ask for a low floor as wife uses crutches put up 2flights of stairs and there stairs down to breakfast area which rails hanging off. DONT think this hotel been cleaned in years there was dust on top of dust Will Never Come Back To This Hotel AGAIN
