  : The price point for a Saturday in Blackpool was awesome. This isnt a 5 star hotel so you get what you pay for really. Everything was very good considering how much we paid. If you are looking for a clean accomodation then you cant go wrong with this hotel.

  : The walls were thin could hear everything. Old windows so could hear outside and seagulls/ traffic. Very small window and only one small mirror in bathroom, I’m 5.9 so had to bend down to use it! Floor was sticky so gave it a wash with wipes and only had one pillow, however did give me more when I asked. No plug in sink which I found odd and we had to leave a £20 deposit so we could have a remote for tv which I found odd? No lift and narrow stairs to carry cases up. The noise 2 of the nights we stayed was unbelievable. One night we had people shouting, swearing and singing kareoke in room until early hours which wasn’t great as we had our granddaughter with us! Second night noise was even worse, nothing I had ever experienced before. Singing shouting swearing until the guests got flung out and then a lady not sure if same person stood outside the hotel for approximately 2 hours shouting and swearing at top of her voice! Her language was atrocious. No police were called or anything! I did complain to reception the following morning when leaving and retrieving my remote deposits back and she said they can’t control what happens outside?!! Fair enough but when your guests are being disturbed you call the police!!!! And she was shouting she wants money back for room so clearly the hotels business, will never stay here again! I never slept nor my children for 2 nights!

  : Family room at the top of the property which for someone with breathing issues isn’t great. Had I have been informed prior to my stay I wouldn’t cancelled.
