  : The location was great and that’s about it
  : My experience here was a disaster . 1)To begin with they’re doing constructions in the building all day long, and the noice really disturbing. You can’t be in the room during the day/afternoon/evening.2)The alarm upstairs didn’t stop ringing Almost all my stay mornings and nights. Nobody really cares about you and when you complaining they’re not doing nothing with it.3)During my last two days I didn’t have warm water in the shower and I couldn’t take a shower-the water was so cold . 4) there is no AC in the room so make sure if you’re coming in the summer/winter time it will be extremely hot/coldI stayed for five nights in the unit and my overall experience was a disaster! I would not recommend to anyone to come to this place

  : The position was great and I could walk to places.
  : I did not like the basement position carrying 2 suitcases. I did not like the dark and closed nature of the flat as I could not open a window. The air conditioner was a portable unit and super noisy when it was on. If it was turned off it was stiflingly hot.There is some wallpaper peeling and kitchen bench laminate is falling off and peeled away.

  : Clean place. Conveniently located to central Boston. Within walking distance of most major sites and attractions. Easy to get in and out of the apartment.
  : A queen bed would be awesome, but not sure if this space could hold one. Since the apartment is in the basement, it’s tight getting down the stairs and into it.

  : the room we stayed in was in the basement. beyond the noise of the street that could be heard inside the room because the windows are not double, also at 6 am 30 minutes the men who were doing work in the adjoining room with hammers, handsaw and screaming( remodeling of a room next to a rented room to guests) . .. It was horrible. When I informed them, they proposed to move us to a much lower category room/apartment without internet. I have to thank Mr. Richard who changed the hob for cooking, also one of my complain, but only lasted 1 day. The next day the painting went off to turn on the lacquer we were unable to use the glacier, coffee maker and the same plate. In conclusion, the $ 40 I spent on meats and vegetables spoiled on the glacier and it was all in the trash. We will never go back to this space. You should give back my money.
