: 1. The key is located at 7 mins away from the studio. 2. told me that "The keys are in a lock box at 55 Anderson Street, Unit 4309, Boston, MA02114. Boston,02114." BUT!!!! it's a market there, not a apt, no lock box. Can you image I walked 7 mins there and found no key during the cold night at 2 am in Boston !!?!?!?!?!! have to stay overnight outside!!! 3. message to the property, but the response is too slow. still cannot check in untill I left.

: Location was perfect to meet our needs. Price was reasonable.
: Finding the location of the fob was CRAZY! Then the Key Cafe was in a corner of the store hiding behind a beer machine. The store worker and I had to physically move it out of the way. The minute we walked in we were overcome by cigarette smell. Fortunately we travel with air freshener. Door to bathroom would not fully close (embarrassing) and the handle was loose and could have fallen off (possibly trapping someone inside). Comforter on the bed had what appeared to be fecal stains! Four bath towels, no hand towels, and one washcloth to last two people five days. Air Conditioner filter and bathroom vent were extremely filthy. We had to open the window for fresh air.
