  : The room was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very good. Just near the city center.

  : Everything was very clean and well organised. Access and location was excellent
  : The room was very hot and quite dark. It was a very tight squeeze for the number of occupants permitted. It was a little tricky accessing the top floor with kids and bags - it would have been good to have a room on a lower level with kids.

  : - The hotel is overall taken care of. - The hisorical city heart is in a walking distance. - Breakfast offered a good set of options.- They said free parking is in a nearby street 7 minutes away from the hotel. That actually depends where you find a parking lot, if you do I only at the end of the streets, it can be 10 minutes. Not much per se, but it's then not a nearby parking and not an accurate information.
  : - Room had no window to the outside, only an opening on the roof.- The single bad that I slept on produced a lot of noise. Similarly the floor was noisy, but that once might be understandable if the age of the house is old.- The shower had no wall hangers.- There was only dairy milk and only orange juice, thought to people with lactose or acidic drinks should be given.

  : The beds were very comfy and the location was very quiet so we had a good night's sleep. We parked our car in the underground at T Zand which was only a 6 minute walk away and very safe.
  : The breakfast was an additional 12euros and it looked very basic and not worth the money so we ate out instead. Loads of nice restaurants close by in T Zand and on the street in the direction of the main market square. The rooms were very clean but old fashioned and a bit outdated

  : The location was excellent - close to places to eat and drink and the bus to the station stopped at the entrance to the hotel. The breakfast was good - just what we wanted and service was efficient and polite.
  : The lights in the bedroom were quite dark/low.

  : It was a good location. Not too far to walk to the center.
  : We were in a room right next to the entrance so we heard everyone coming and going at all hours. The walls are very thin so even people quietly talking as they left the hotel seemed very loud in the mornings.The sink was outside the bathroom and around the opposite side of the room which was very odd for brushing your teeth and washing hands after using the toilet - you had to walk out the bathroom and round the room around the bed to get to it.The floors also all creaked very loudly - this meant that if either my wife or I got up in the night to use the bathroom, we woke each other up as the creaking floor was like swinging an old barn door in several places. The same was for upstairs with people above us. As soon as they moved we heard them very loudly.
