  : great location, most of the room facilities were nice, although small. good food, nice pools, nice beach. the housekeeping staff are all lovely.
  : the shower leaks all over the floor and clearly has leaked under the plastic flooring of the bathroom causing very unsanitary conditions- likely is lots of mold under there. also the check in could have been more helpful. was not told I need to put a deposit towels during check in even though there is no other place to do it.

  : The rooms were lovely and most of the staff were very friendly. Loads of choice in the restaurant and lots of tables so you didnt have to wait. Lots of different areas to try and right on the beech.

  : **** ATTENTION TO ALL BRITS WITH STANDARDS,DO NOT VISIT THIS RESORT!!!!!*** myself my sis and nephew decided to take a family trip to Canary Islands, we decided on this cause it has separate rooms and accommodates for two females and a male. we landed a few hours early, although check in was 3... they advised we would need to wait for the room to be ready which is fine. we learned about the hotel and explored . we than check in at 3pm.... to our surprise, we were greeted by 10 moths , a leaking air on which created a puddle in the room and the spare ' sofa bed ' hadn't been made, we were slightly confused as to why this was such a mess if we had to wait 4 hours for the cleaning to be finished , we explained we have moths the receptionist advised ' thy are everywhere I have them at home , there's nothing we can do ' I couldn't believe it . than they find us another room, where they advised it's ready clean and it's for 4 people ...it hadn't been cleaned and the sofa bed was broken. we could not sleep in that bed as the base had separated from the bed frame . we than called again and spoke to the manager . who kept telling me ' this is the bed you've paid for ' we were discussing for 30 mins where he was basically telling me that this is what it is and deal with it, I refused to taker this as an answer and than he came to look at the bed himself. than agreed, that yes this bed is BROKEN. it I hadn't pressured this, I would have had to sleep on a broken sofa bed which is not what I paid for . we than got to the pool as they were going to find another room, bare in mind it's now 5pm and we just want to relax as we had a long early morning flight. the man ever than hands us another room, this room is cleaner but it has no separation, we booked a bungalow as we have a 16 year old boy with with us and need our privacy. we spend the time in this room until the manager gives us a new one. it's now Sunday night.

  : Very clean. Staff excellent. Location very good.
  : Room needed attention. 2 of the 3 bathroom doors would not close properly. Neither of the 2 fans in the bathroom worked and one of the kitchen cupboard door would not close. Music played all day around the pool area was dreadful and boring. Paid ALL INCLUSIVE only to find that we were not... only a short list of drinks available and some restuarants not on our list. They really need to be clearer with their marketing.
