  : Nothing, was like Benidorm for OAPs
  : Where do I start Firstly no way was we given a junior suite as the room in the pictures we could see below us. The room was full ants, told we would be charged 50 is dressing gowns went missing we didnt even have any in the room curtains are so full of holes you nights as well not close them. The air conditioning hardly works and didnt work in the bedroom. When turned on it sounds like a jet engine is in the room. Staff have no manors around the place and dont smile or sale hola. They looked shocked when we spoke to them especially in Spanish. The floor in the room was lifting and had huge gaps. You have to open the window in the bathroom to let out the steam as there is no extractor fan but then everyone can see in the room as it is head height for anyone walking past. Room had clearly been broken into as the frame was all smashed and the door never felt secure. Breakfast dont bother sausages are like paste, eggs are slimy. Cold meats and cheese must of cost them about 0.02 cent it is the most dire food I have ever tasted. Coffee tastes like mould and the orange juice is like squash. What 4 star hotel doesnt have fresh juice in 2023. Bedroom looks nice but with the added burn marks on the bedside table and a mattress that you sink into with flat pillows good luck trying to get sleep. The balcony view is what made me change this from a 1 to a 3 as it was cute till you looked down and could see the tiles falling off and bodged together. If you are thinking of booking. Dont !!

  : Location, staff and cleanliness. Sea view room well worth the extra money.Hotel is spotless and all staff are brilliant, except Siad who is just plain rude !!
  : Food is very basic, undercooked at times and very poor selection.

  : It was our second stay at Ereza Mar and we enjoyed every minute. Is a very nice hotel, spacious rooms with aircon and minibar, bathroom with shower, very clean. Staff is very,very polite,helpful and attentive to all details. They made our stay very pleasant. The cleaning ladies are real stars ! We had breakfast and dinner which were ok but...could improve a lot or change the chef.At breakfast they served even cava. At dinner there were juices, beer, water and wine( white, rose and red). The fruits were really nice and fresh ,good selection and plentiful. The hotel has four pools but we didn't use them,we preferred to go at the beach.
  : The food quality could be better. Apart from that all was good.

  : It was close to various restaurants, bars and shops.
  : Sewage smell in elevators and in our room constantly, bugs in the bedroom on the skirting boards and locker, staff seemed constantly annoyed if asked anything and aircon in room has a banging noise out of it, needs replaced.. hotel needs a refurbishment

  : Rooftop relax area was enjoyable in the evenings. Most staff in the dining room were friendly and helpful. Bedroom was kept very clean by staff.
  : I attempted to join in the organised daily hotel activities but felt unwanted by the organiser so I did not participate.

  : Staff superb - Raul, Asis, Isidro.Rooms - Comfy beds, clean.Well located in Caleta away from the pubs. You do need a car if you want to move around the island
  : Food - Very poor quality overall. Noise - The evening noise from the karaoke/singing shows, and the crowd. We had earplugs.Sunbeds - A big issue. Not once did we get a sunbed. The Brits run in at 7am and put their towels on everything. Ridiculous.
