  : Its not a dislike, but the hotel, is so large, the dining room is like a factory. Staff working constantly to replenish the buffet and to clear tables. I cannot fault this, but will book a quieter hotel next time

  : The staff were great to deal with. The gym was also ok.
  : The dinner hours were set from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, a time that posed considerable inconvenience for many guests. This lateness made it challenging for individuals who preferred an earlier dinner or had prior plans for the evening, ultimately contributing to the overall discomfort and dissatisfaction. Furthermore, it was evident that the hotel deliberately omitted water from the dinner experience with the intention of coercing guests into purchasing beverages. Adding to the list of disappointments, I was surprised to find no USB charging option in the room, a glaring oversight in the year 2023. This lack of modern amenities created frustration as I struggled to connect my laptop and USB drive containing movies to the TV. The air conditioning was subpar, and the room's shabby and outdated condition was quite apparent, further dampening the overall experience. It became apparent that the hotel primarily caters to and attracts senior citizens. This was evident in various aspects of the hotel, including the activities offered, the layout of the pool area, the room setup, and the food and beverage offerings. In fact, approximately 80% of the guests appeared to be senior citizens. The pool experience was particularly uncomfortable, as I found myself swimming while over 100 senior citizens observed from their sunbeds, situated uncomfortably close to the pool. This same discomfort extended to the Kid's pool, where my 4-year-old daughter swam while numerous senior citizens closely watched her. In summary, my stay at the hotel was characterized by discomfort and dissatisfaction, largely due to the late dinner hours and a series of other disappointments.

  : Location and Facilities. Food quite good.Service average (they should employ more bar staff).
  : Salt water in the pools. :(We were put in a disabled room miles from anywhere originally. I complained about this and we were eventually moved to a bigger room once I escalated my complaints to the Manager

  : Very comfortable rooms and lovely pool. Not crowded.
  : Breakfast was supposed to be hot but was always cold as had been sitting out. You do need to quite fit as such a large complex a lot of walking even from front of hotel to room.

  : Arrived before check-in and completed necessary paperwork, able to store luggage until room was ready and enjoyed facilities. Large comfortable room, walk-in shower, large balcony. Pool towels, robes & slippers.
  : Mini bar only filled 1-day out of 5 despite being AI+.2-sachets of powdered creamer left each day which wasn't enough, asked at reception for more but unable to provide, Purchased milk from local supermarket and utilised fridge in the room.
