  : What left a sour taste in my mouth is the fact that my bungalow was broken into in the middle of the night with 3 of us sleeping in. After running out after the man I managed yo get my bag back less all the cash. I called the emergency number available at reception. A man saying he is security told me he will be there shortly never arrived. Next morning lady in reception was trying to make me not report it to the local police. Not a I am very sorry not a I don't know why our security man never showed his face. Only what a hard process is to report the brake in to the local police. By the way was not hard at all. Local police very kind apologetic and even had an interpreter for me. bit better room cleaning

  : Poor facilities filthy loungers. Property wanted to charge for kettle, iron and toaster at8 each per week. TV signal was down more than up. WiFi was very weak unless at the pool. Our fridge door came off in my wife's hand. Maintenance solution was to put a small wooden wedge between worktop and fridge ( just be careful!) Finally one night my wife fell asleep and I couldn't get in (only one key for the apartment) I called 2 numbers on the reception door. 'We don't deal with puerto caleta '
