  : The ladies at the front desk were nice and helpful
  : The ladies at the front desk were the only positive about hotel stay. Negatives were: even though the phone said room service on it, there is no room service. Had to ask the front desk; The room # on the phone was wrong; TV stations available were lacking. Netflix was offer (?) but you had to login with your personal login but there was nowhere to login. A couple of channels would be garbled; No extra blankets; Not much variety at the Bistro. Nothing somewhat bland for someone being operated on the next day; No diet pop available anywhere; Valet didn’t open until 5:30 am. We needed to be at the hospital before than so had to get the keys from the front desk and hunt down our car; The elevator-we needed to use room key to use the elevator but wasn’t clear how to do that. We had to wait for someone else to come and help us.

  : Hotel charged the parking fee from my credit card, but in the end we did not even parked at their hotel. The lady at the front desk did mention she won't charge the parking fee if I did not park at the hotel!!!Please contact me and return the parking fee to me! I CANT NOT REACH YOU BY EMAIL!
