  : The view of the city was fantastic! The bedroom and the couch in the living room were comfortable for us. We could have cooked there, but we were so busy that we really only slept there. It was very clean.

  : We were in town for the marathon. The property is very conveniently located to Grant Park. The location is central and it was nice that there is a Target close by for essentials. There were several good restaurants in the area. The gym access was great - nice setup and selection of equipment. The view of the city skyline was very picturesque and the apartment was quiet (could not hear any hallway or neighbor noise). The provided cleaning supplies and coffee pods were nice quality. The den with twin bed was perfect for our small child and generally the layout was well-suited for 2-3 people. The mattresses were a nice memory foam - better than average hotel beds. The washer/dryer in unit were a great bonus. One of our two key fobs did not work, but Kasa staff responded quickly and were pleasant to work with.
  : The downtown location was a little seedy in places but seemed to go block by block. Apartment furniture was cheap and uncomfortable, with exception of the beds, and kitchen is minimally stocked. The towels were not well-laundered, I found some stray hairs on them. The carpet in the bedrooms is a little worn and shaggy. The staff at the main front desk were extremely rude and unwelcoming (I realize theyre not affiliated with Kasa but they acted like we were vagrants).

  : The gym was fantastic as was the location. Appreciated the generous supply of coffee. Good apartment layout. Easy to find the recycling. Appreciated the codes vice using keys.
  : The bed was too soft. The water pressure was excessive which meant that the tub filled up quickly while one showered. The fixtures were dated. The kitchen was sparse re plates/cups/cooking dishes/etc. Check in instructions were not clear that the keypad was at the back door, not the front and desk staff were not helpful upon arrival to indicate that.

  : The shower pressure was a joke. The TV connectivity was lagging, especially when watching Netflix.

  : This is the second time we stayed in this property, which offers the best value and comfort for families/groups who want to be close to Chicago downtown, want to use a car (parking space is great and very affordable for Chicago standards) and yet enjoy the comfort of high-end and well equipped apartments. Grocery stores, restaurants and other services are very close which makes it easy to do food shopping, take-out or dining out. Contactless access is great.
  : Staff was very helpful, however it is important to know there is no KASA staff at the premise. The concierge is there only for the permanent residents in the building and, although everyone is nice, one cannot help the feeling that Kasa occupants are second-class citizens.

  : Spacious, good location, speedy and professional customer service representative
  : The inside of the electric kettle was a little dirty, so we didnt want to use it. Also, I found a previous tenants vitamin tablet on the bedroom floor, which made me wonder if the property was properly cleaned. The toilet periodically made gushing sound, which was a bit of bother.
