  : The air conditioner did not work properly and was very loud.

  : We switched to this hotel due to a bad experience the night prior at a different hotel. We arrived and the lady at the front desk was super rude and Questioned if I was married or not due to the reservation being in my prior name and using my husband's debit card, had husband go in and she questioned him as to if we were actually married or not (why is this even her business as we both had Id's and payment) our room had a roach in the bathroom, bed was super hard, and our AC was out in our room, we called front desk to report and was told they would be there in 5 mins... No one ever came!!! So we were hot and sweating all night. Next morning at check out I expressed our disappointment and was told oh another issue took president's over us not having AC and that they forgot, I again expressed our disappointment and questioned how could they forget and not even offer an alternative room, and was told "oh well sorry". No concern no regrets from them NOTHING !!!! We were on our Honeymoon and it was a disaster. I'm appalled.

  : The pool was extremely small and the rooms were not as clean as you’d hope for out of any hotel regardless of the price.

  : The room was very clean as well as the whole hotel and great location. Would definitely stay there again.
  : The only complaint is that in our room, they only had about half of a roll of toilet paper for 3 people.
