  : Nothing. I checked out two days early because I could not stand the place and was refused a refund for the last 2 days for wish I had prepaid.
  : This property is in the worst condition and is the biggest dump of any hotel I have stayed in in the last Dozen Years. It is completely run down and is in desperate need of refurbishment. It is not clean. There is mold and mildew growing in the bathroom. People were smoking in the lobby. The bathtub leaks onto the floor. The room came with no hangers and does not include any type of daily maid service. Dirty towels were not replaced. Soap was not replaced. Carpet was dirty. The entry Lobby is dirty. The drapes in the room we're not in working order. What is promoted as breakfast is a grab-and-go bag with a muffin and yogurt. I would never ever stay at this property again. Clarion should not have their name on it it is damaging to their reputation. Avoid this property.

  : it’s located near the repair shop that my truck was being fixed at
  : bed was rock hard. no electric outlet by the bed or nightstands. phone didn’t even have a cord so it was useless. no TV guide so you waste time trying to find a channel to watch. toilet seat looked like it was from a crack house. in 5 days there housekeeping never came. not to take out the trash or offer clean towels. neighboring rooms had barking dogs
