  : Honestly, I can’t really say that I liked anything about this property, this place seriously needs some TLC.
  : The room looked tacky and dirty, the carpet was stained and barely looked clean, the AC unit looked old, there was no hotel soap to wash yourself with so definitely be prepared to bring your own soap. You only get one towel and wash cloth during your trip, so house keeping doesn’t bring you new towels during your stay. The bathroom in the hotel was okay but the shower curtain was stained like it wasn’t washed in days, just gross…..The couch in our hotel room looked disgusting that I have to drape the spare white blanket over so I would have to look at it, I couldn’t bare myself to even sit on the couch because I was afraid of what critters could be living inside. I didn’t get a chance to check out the pool but from what other residents who went to use the pool said the pool towels had brown stains on them, so that make me not want to use the pool at all.

  : The front staff was not friendly at all. When we got to the rooms, one of the keys did not work, had to go down to lobby to get a new key. Instead of the worker giving us a new key the worker came with us to the room to check if it actually did not work. This was very offensive, why on earth would we tell them the key didn't work, if it did work!!! The rooms felt like the air conditioner had not been on very long , it took two hours to cool the rooms. The pull off couch was completely broke, the towel rakes were both broke, no sheet for the couches or extra blankets or pillows. The bathroom light in the double bed room flashed the entire time you were taking a shower. The garbage cans were so dirty. No ice machines worked!!!! This hotel needs to be updated and cleaned so bad. We were so disappointed. They also made us put down a 75.00 deposit in case something got broken, many things were already broken!!!! We all laughed when we got to the room because of the condition of the room but they wanted a security deposit. We will not stay here again.

  : Indoor pool closed but doesn’t tell you that online. The air conditioner wasn’t working like it should’ve been. They don’t have any sugar or creamer in the rooms and when you ask the front desk. They will give you 1packet that contains 1 stir stick, 2 sugars, 2 creamers and 1 sweet and low sugar packet. I woke up to Ants on the night stand!

  : Nothing really good to say about this hotel except for the size of the rooms. We checked in pretty late after traveling all day, to see a gravely ill relative & were supposed to have a room across from the elevator because of my handicapped father but, instead were put all the way at the end of a long hallway not even close to the elevator! The website said pet friendly and yet the next morning, an extremely rude woman at the front desk , jumped all over me because of my son's support animal, and said that on the door of the hotel it clearly states no pets allowed, and said that she was charging me an extra $75 for us bringing the pet! I explained to her that online it said pet friendly or I would not have booked the rooms & she said it did not matter that I would have had to pay that even for a service animal! I even pointed out to her that I could not see the door until we got there and I had already paid for the rooms, and had no choice but to go ahead and stay there, my son walked in with the cat in the back pack carrier and no one said anything not to mention , If you are going to make changes to your policy you need to do that on all of your websites that you advertise on! I felt like it was wrong to go ahead & charge me when we hadn't even been there 24 hours and the cat did nothing in the room, period & she definitely could have been nicer about the whole situation instead of pretty much yelling at me & being very rude to me ! She was very unprofessional in my opinion! The pool was supposed to be heated and instead it was ice cold, so much so, that when you put your feet in , they actually stung , I'm not sure why it was that way but , it was not anything that my kids could get in ! Just an all-around negative experience that didn't have to be that way!
  : The staff, the broken ice machines, the ice cold temperature of the pool, no complimentary coffee in the lobby, not even some disposable silverware and especially the rude staff!
